  • East Individual Region: Monday, October 14 @ Golden Oaks Golf Club, Fleetwood (Shotgun Start)
  • West Individual Region: Tuesday, October 15 @ Tom's Run Golf Course at Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort, Blairsville (Shotgun Start)
  • Individual Championships: Monday, October 21 & Tuesday, October 22 @ Heritage Hills Golf Resort, York (Tee Times)
  • Team Championships: Wednesday, October 23 @ Heritage Hills Golf Resort, York (Shotgun Start)
