2026 PIAA Officials’ Convention Registration Now Open
The registration for the 2026 PIAA Officials’ Convention is officially open! Officials can log into their PIAA account and select the "Online Convention Registration" option under the Account Center tools. The PIAA Convention provides valuable educational opportunities for officials to enhance their knowledge and skills in the sports they officiate.

Convention Attendance Requirements:

• To receive convention credit, officials must attend both Friday and Saturday sessions.
• Registration packets must be picked up on Friday between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

The convention will conclude with a special banquet on Saturday evening to honor officials who have dedicated 30+ years of service to PIAA, its member schools, and student-athletes. The banquet is included in the $100 registration fee.

Convention Costs and Registration Timeline:

• Through July 10, 2026: $100
• 5 or more members from the same chapter: $90 per person must be paid by July 10, 2026.
• Late Registration (July 11-31, 2026): $150
• Starting August 1 to Convention start: $200
• Additional Banquet Tickets: $40 each

Convention Attendance Credit:
In-person convention attendance provides 5 years of eligibility for inter-district assignments. To review your convention attendance, log into your PIAA account, go to the "PIAA Officials’ Directory," search for your name, and click on your profile to view your information.

Bring Your Chapter!
Take advantage of the chapter discount and register for just $90 per person when 5 or more members from the same chapter sign up. To qualify, complete the paper application and send it with payment to the PIAA office. Must register and pay by July 10, 2026.

Junior Officials:
Junior Officials wishing to attend should contact Kim Hill at 717-697-0374, extension *103, for registration details. Junior Officials will have their convention fees waived by PIAA.

Rooms are available at the Harrisburg Hilton at a special rate. Book through the reservation link or call 717-233-6000 and use code 95O. The cutoff date for the Harrisburg Hilton is Thursday, July 16, 2026. Rooms are limited, so please book early!
