The NFHS ruling on the Adidas football spike that is not compliant with current 2018 NFHS Football and Soccer Rules, ONLY applies to the Adizero 5-Star 7.0 “Sundays Best” red spike cleat, article number CQ1271 (See Below). 

It is only this Adidas football spike as shown below that is not compliant and thus will not be permitted to be used for those games that are using NFHS Football and Soccer Rules for play.  The shoe is marketed as a football shoe, but can be mistaken for a soccer cleat.
