PIAA is soliciting nominations for the NFHS Coach Awards Program. If you have a deserving coach to nominate, complete the following:

• Go to www.nfhs.org/CoachAwards
• Click on “Register”
• You will receive an e-mail with your identifier (password). Save this e-mail.  That way you can just click on the long identifier to get into your account with one click.
• If you have ever registered on this site before with the same e-mail, you will want to use the “Recover” option.
• Fill in the information requested.  The form automatically saves the responses section by section, so you do not have to complete it all at one time.  To access your form again, just go back to your saved e-mail that has the link to your account, or login with your e-mail and choose the Recover Option.  It will e-mail you the link again.
• To be considered as a state award recipient, Part I must be completed. To be considered for regional/national awards, Part II must also be completed.
