****OFFICIALS ID CARDS INFORMATION****

All current PIAA registered sports officials have been mailed their new identification (ID) cards for the 2012-13 school year and respective sports seasons. Please note that during printing of these cards an official's initial registration date was inadvertently omitted from the printing of this card.

We sincerely regret this error and have made adjustments to our computer program to address this issue. However, in the interim, a registered sports official may take the following actions to correct this item on their ID card.

1. Officials may transfer the date of their initial registration by writing in the date from their old ID card onto the new ID card.

2. Officials may staple, or affix their old ID card, to their new one to display the date as previously printed.

3. Officials may request a new ID card by calling the PIAA Office, 1-800-382-1392, x101, x102, or x103, to request your new ID card.
