Pursuant to the PIAA Board of Directors' adopted Weight Control Program, the deadline for senior high school wrestlers to establish their Minimum Wrestling Weight (MWW) for Postseason competition is Friday, February 17, 2023.

Accordingly, the descent plan for all senior high wrestlers at all PIAA member schools will flat line as of that date and will not descend further. As a friendly reminder for any Regular Season wrestling competitions after that deadline, any weigh-ins, which are above a wrestler's established MWW as of Friday, February 17, 2023, will affect their MWW for Postseason competition.
