A Committee-of-the-Whole will convene to (1) continue the discussion of possible means of further reducing the overlap between the current 16-weekend combined football Regular Season and Postseason and the initial weeks of the winter sports Regular Season and (2) consider the recommendations from the PIAA Parents' and Coaches' Advisory Committees; the PIAA Girls' Athletics, Junior High/Middle Schools', Private Schools', and Athletic Directors' Steering Committees; and the Ad Hoc Transfer Rule Committee, relative to the PIAA District VII/WPIAL Committee's proposed amendment to ARTICLE VI, TRANSFERS, RESIDENCE, AND RECRUITING, of the PIAA By-Laws ("The Transfer Rule").
