The PIAA District VII/WPIAL Committee's proposed amendment to ARTICLE VI, TRANSFERS, RESIDENCE, AND RECRUITING, of the PIAA By-Laws ("The Transfer Rule") was referred back to the Ad Hoc Transfer Rule Committee for further consideration and review.
