Officials Representative Election - Even Numbered Districts

PIAA is now accepting nominations for the position of Officials' Representative in Districts 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, & 12.

Nominations will be accepted by PIAA until the close of business Thursday, November 10, 2016.  They can be emailed, faxed, or submitted via USPS to pebhart@piaa.org, (fax) 717-918-1981.

Current Officials Representatives need not submit a nomination form if they wish to be on the ballot.  Notification from their district chairman of their intention should be conveyed to PIAA prior to November 10, 2016.

Elections will be held with ballots emailed to officials in even numbered districts beginning December 1, 2016.  No paper ballots will be utilized during this election.

Only those officials with a valid email address on file with PIAA will be provided a ballot. All chapters are encouraged to remind their members to update their profiles as soon as possible to ensure their email address is accurate.

Voting will continue during the month of December 2016, with results announced after review and acceptance at the January 25, 2017 PIAA Board of Directors meeting.
