2024 PIAA OFFICIALS CONVENTION

The 2024 PIAA Official’s Convention registration is now open. Officials may click here to log into your PIAA account and select “Online Convention Registration” in the account center tools. The paper application can be found here. The PIAA convention offers educational opportunity for officials to become better educated in the sports in which they officiate.

Officials must attend both Friday and Saturday to receive convention credit. Officials must pick up their registration packet Friday 12-9 pm.

The culminating banquet on Saturday night will recognize officials who have dedicated at least three decades of service to PIAA, its member schools, and their student-athletes. The banquet is included in your $100 registration fee.

CONVENTION COSTS AND REGISTRATION TIMELINE:
Through July 13, 2024: $100
5 Members or more of the same chapter: $90
Late Registration- July 14-27, 2024: $150
July 28- Start of the Convention: $200
Additional Banquet Tickets: $40
 
CONVENTION ATTENDANCE CREDIT
To those who took part in the 2021 virtual convention, the inter-district eligibility will expire at the end of the 2023-24 school year. All in-person conventions provide 5 years of eligibility as it relates to inter-district assignments. BRING YOUR CHAPTER!
Receive the chapter discount to register for $90 per person when 5 or more members of the same chapter register. To do so, members must complete the paper application and send together with payment to the PIAA office.

Junior Officials wishing to attend the convention should contact Kim Hill at 717-697-0374 extension *103 to register.

HOTEL INFORMATION
Rooms are available at the Harrisburg Hilton at a special rate. You may book via the reservation link or you may call the hotel at 717-233-6000 and use the code PIAA when booking. The cutoff date for the Harrisburg Hilton is Thursday, July 11, 2024. Please book early as the rooms are limited and will sell out.
